What you´ll do - Lead the forecasting process: build and align sales forecasts with commercial, financial, and historical data on the short-, medium- and long-term planning horizons
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to understand demand drivers and translate insights into accurate forecasts
- Anticipate and mitigate risks by proactively identifying potential out-of-stock situations
- Support new product launches, relaunches, and product phase-outs
- Maintain healthy and profitable inventory levels, avoiding stockouts and overstock
- Coordinate with the Regional Supply Planning team on product availability and production priorities
- Continuously improve Supply Chain KPIs, such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory, and service level
- Be part of the Henkel Demand Planning community, learning and sharing best practices across countries
- Contribute to projects on demand planning and supply chain optimization
What makes you a good fit - Master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain principles; prior internship in Demand Planning or Supply Chain is preferred
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and analytical mindset
- Ability to influence stakeholders though clear, data-driven analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP, APO, and PowerBi is an advantage
- Professional proficiency in English; and Dutch or French
