Process Designer

Lead AS IS / TO BE process mapping for clinical pack & label workflows (packaging, labelling, kit assembly, reconciliation, returns, destruction, chain of custody).

• Conduct stakeholder workshops with clinical supply chain, quality, regulatory, labelling, clinical operations, and manufacturing to elicit requirements and prioritize features.

• Produce clear, testable business and functional requirements, process flows (BPMN/Visio), use cases, and acceptance criteria for MES replacement.

• Perform gap analysis between current MES functionality and desired target state; identify impacts to SOPs, training, and business processes.
