Your new role

As Senior Controller, you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis at the European headquarters level. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple entities
• Performing variance and margin analysis and identifying key business drivers
• Collaborating with operational teams to provide financial insights for decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate standards
• Acting as a business partner to senior management, contributing to strategic initiatives

This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, audit, or similar analytical roles
• Proven experience in large international companies, preferably at HQ level
• Exposure to production or industrial environments is a strong asset
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders
