What are you going to do?
You are the face and the driving force behind our Belgian operations. You lead the daily activities and are a true source of inspiration for our Regional Managers, whom you coach, guide, and support to get the best out of their teams.
You translate our strategy into practice and ensure that KPIs related to speed, customer satisfaction, productivity, and sustainability truly come to life in the restaurants.
You actively help build a clear operations plan and ensure that it does not remain in a drawer, but actually delivers results.
With your financial expertise, you create a P&L-driven culture in which ownership and accountability are central.
You act as a mentor and sparring partner for the Regional Managers and help them grow in their role. You support them in coaching their teams, developing talent, and increasing performance. You do this by guiding and coaching them \"in the field\" and by being regularly present at the office (we assume 1 work-from-home day per week, but ideally you work from restaurants, at the office, or are on the road with your team). This is not a standard office job
You are the driving force behind improvement projects and excellence waves that make our operations smarter, more efficient, and stronger every day.
You ensure that the right people are in the right place through a strategic staffing plan for all regions and support managers in their people management.
Together with colleagues from Quality, People, and Operations, you work on solutions that elevate our operations to the next level.
You turn growth opportunities into concrete initiatives, in close collaboration with the Guest Acquisition team.
You safeguard a consistent quality standard across all restaurants and throughout the entire operational chain.
Who are you?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
A senior people leader with proven experience in hospitality, foodservice, or retail.
Experience in a fast-growing environment.
Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility.
Passionate about healthy food and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
A coaching and inspiring manager who develops teams, supports Regional Managers, and drives results.
Excellent people skills: able to motivate, listen, advise, and conduct difficult conversations in a constructive way.
Entrepreneurial, analytical, and results-oriented, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
