Havas Media Network Belgium is looking for a Business Managing Partner to reinforce our team.

Role Overview

As a Business Managing Partner, you are responsible for leading and managing client relationships at the local level. You ensure high-quality client service delivery across your portfolio and align satisfaction KPIs across teams by connecting business strategy, media innovation/experience, and measurable efficiency. You will drive long-term business growth and take accountability for budget and planning.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Manage client relationships and revenues
• Ensure client satisfaction and lead strategic account initiatives
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of client products, portfolios, and commercial strategies

Performance Management

• Oversee account performance and business growth
• Deliver monthly reporting and manage investments at local and global levels

Team Management

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance in media experiences
• Collaborate with specialists across different areas
• Contribute to talent acquisition and development

Profile We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Managing Partner with strong experience in client servicing.

• Experience: 10+ years in client-facing roles within a media agency or at an advertiser. Proven success in fast-paced environments.
• Skills:

Performance- and results-oriented.

Collaborative, adaptable, and authentic.

Expertise in marketing strategy, media/experience strategy, online & offline media

Strong problem-solving skills and assertiveness.

• Languages: The role requires strong professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English
