Role: Strategic Partnerships & Ops Lead

We're looking for someone with a RevOps / Sales Ops / BizOps background to build and lead the Partnerships & Catalogue function. This is a high-impact role, reporting to the founders and shaping revenue, practitioner experience, and partner growth.
Key focus areas:
Build and optimise a market-leading product catalogue
Drive and scale high-value partnerships with laboratories
Set up scalable processes, tools, and KPIs
Collaborate with Sales & Product to deliver measurable impact
You: 3–5 years in a startup/scale-up, strong analytical + commercial mindset, autonomous, tool-savvy (HubSpot, Notion, Excel, AI), and motivated to own a growth-critical vertical.
