Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will focus on sourcing and procuring materials, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and quality supply. Day-to-day tasks include assessing procurement needs, analyzing supplier performance, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain communication with vendors and partners.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance, evaluate costs, and identify sourcing efficiencies
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for establishing and managing relationships with vendors and internal teams
Proven ability in Contract Negotiation to secure competitive pricing, manage terms, and ensure mutual agreements
Experience in Recruiting and Procurement processes, including identifying and onboarding qualified suppliers
Familiarity with procurement software tools and systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Ability to work remotely and independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
