Field Service Technician

Location: Belgium (Antwerp / Brussels)

Language: Dutch required

Massive Global Automation client, leading B2B security integration in Belgium, delivering fire detection, CCTV, access control and intrusion systems across industry, healthcare, utilities, logistics and public institutions. Were looking for a Senior Field Technician to take ownership of on-site security projects, from commissioning through to handover.

What you’ll do

  • Commission and configure fire, CCTV, access control and intrusion systems
  • Program security management software to customer requirements
  • Support projects through installation, inspection and final handover
  • Coordinate with installers and subcontractors
  • Train customers on system operation

What we’re looking for

  • Degree or background in Electronics / Electrical / Electromechanics / ICT
  • Proven experience in commercial security systems
  • Strong commissioning and configuration skills
  • Comfortable working independently on customer sites
  • Fluent Dutch (English/French a plus)
  • Based in Belgium with a valid driving licence
