Executive Assistant

Your Mission:

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role by providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO and the executive committee. You will help ensure smooth operations, efficient communication, and the management of strategic tasks.


What You Will Do:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and organize meetings and travel arrangements
  • Prepare notes, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
  • Handle and organize strategic documents and contracts
  • Digitize, archive, and classify documents in Odoo
  • Provide administrative support for insurance, patents, and subsidy applications
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events
  • Facilitate smooth internal and external information flow


What We Are Looking For:

🎓 Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree

💼 Experience: No previous experience required; however, experience in a similar role is a plus


Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Odoo (a plus)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English
  • Strong writing and proofreading abilities
  • Outstanding organizational skills, rigor, and logical thinking
  • High sense of service, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Adaptability, proactiveness, and autonomy
  • Team spirit and solution-oriented mindset
