Director Private Equity

H&P is working with an established Private Equity Firm focusing on upper-middle market buyouts across B2B, Tech, Consumer, Energy, Healthcare, and Materials and Resources across Europe with €50+bn AUM. They are currently looking for an experienced Director to join their dynamic Brussels team and open to diverse sectorised backgrounds.

What type of candidate is this role for?

• Experienced directors looking to remain or become sector agnostic.
• Investment professionals looking for increased decisional power and impact on a fund's strategy.
• Candidates looking for more operational and strategic involvement within an entrepreneurial fund operating with up to €500m equity ticket sizes.
• Investors looking to relocate to Brussels, or up for a new challenge.

Qualifications:

• 8-14 years of experience, including at least 5 years within Private Equity.
• Strong deal track record and exposure to international transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Benelux market.
• Exposure across both Buy out and Growth investments is a plus.
• Self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch, native or bilingual.
• Notions in French is a plus.
