Your Mission

  • Lead, coach, and empower a team of 6–7 people
  • Deploy NUXE’s strategies within the pharmacy channel
  • Drive sell-in & sell-out performance through rigorous KPI management
  • Build strong pharmacy partnerships and elevate brand visibility
  • Analyse business performance and implement high-impact action plans

You Are

  • An experienced manager with a strong field leadership
  • Proven in pharmacy, dermo cosmetics, or specialised distribution
  • Results-driven, analytical, and relationship‑oriented
  • Fluent in French and Dutch (mandatory)
