CEUSTERS is currently looking for a skilled, driven and collegial Real Estate Consultant to strengthen the Office Agency team from our Brussels office. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a colleague who is eager to commit to an ambitious organisation and further develop his or her individual talents.

Your role

• You are responsible for developing and managing your own client portfolio;
• You negotiate and successfully close sales and leasing transactions;
• You maintain regular contact with principals, investors, clients and prospects;
• You proactively follow up on the property portfolio;
• You are in daily contact with both owners and tenants of the properties in our portfolio.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree;
• You have several years of experience in a similar role within the real estate sector;
• You are client-oriented, well-organised and flexible;
• You are proactive, commercially minded, entrepreneurial and above all positive;
• You are a natural networker and negotiator;
• You are a team player with a high level of autonomy;
• You have a strong passion for real estate;
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and French; knowledge of English is required;
• You hold a valid driving licence (category B).
