Here’s what we think makes you a great match:

o   You have around 5 years of experience in account and/or project management, ideally in a creative or communications agency.

o   You speak the language of Brand and Marketing Managers. You get what makes them tick: their challenges, their goals, their quirks. 

o   You’re native in French or Dutch, with a solid grasp of the other national language, and strong English.

o   You’re just as comfortable in a strategic conversation as you are in a production follow-up.

o   You know how to translate a client’s needs into clear, smart briefs and challenge them when needed.

o   You’re not afraid of details, budgets, timings, scopes but you never lose sight of the bigger picture.

o   You’re structured, sharp, curious and solutions-oriented.

o   You’re excited by variety in clients, industries, formats and deliverables and you stay curious about what’s next.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

o   You own a portfolio of brands and build strong, trusting, long-term relationships. You get what they need, and you stand by their side to deliver work that hits the mark…and always goes that little bit further.

o   You speak the language of Brand and Marketing Managers. You understand their world, anticipate their questions, challenge their thinking when needed, and support them every step of the way.

o   You turn briefs into smart, actionable roadmaps, with clear timings, budgets, priorities and just the right dose of flexibility.

o   You manage projects from briefing to delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and success all around.

o   You're the master organiser: planning and coordinating tasks with precision, motivating the team to deliver great work, and overseeing the financial health and profitability of each job.

o   You don’t wait for things to go wrong. You notice, you communicate, you suggest, you fix. You’re not just keeping the machine running, you’re helping it evolve.

o   You’re always one step ahead, spotting opportunities before they land, and turning them into concrete, valuable proposals. Growing your clients is second nature.

RECRUITMENT JOURNEY

o   Round 1 > First chat with our recruitment partner at 21 grams: a friendly 60-minute online conversation where we’ll dive into your background, passions, and skills. We’ll also chat about what excites you about joining Great and why you think we’re the perfect fit for each other.

o   Round 2 > Meet & Greet at our office: a warm 60-90 minute face-to-face meeting with our management team. This is your chance to show us who you are, how you can contribute to our vision, and, of course, why we should be your next adventure. If the vibe clicks, you’ll get a take-home assignment to show off your approach, because we love seeing you in action!

o   Round 3 > Case presentation: this is your moment to present a case study or project that highlights your problem-solving skills, and unique approach. We want to see how you think and tackle challenges.

o   Round 4 > Team compatibility check: a refreshing 60-minute in-person chat with a few future teammates to see how you click, align on ways of working, and get a taste of the vibe. Because great collaboration starts with the right connection.
