Graduate Engineer

Build Real Engineering Solutions That Move Industry Forward
If you studied engineering because you like solving problems, improving systems and seeing tangible results, this is where you start properly.
This is hands-on engineering inside a live manufacturing environment.
You will work alongside experienced engineers to design, improve and optimise real production systems. You will learn how engineering decisions impact efficiency, safety, sustainability and commercial performance.
From day one, you are treated as an engineer and not a spectator.
What you will be doing
As an Engineering Graduate based in Perwez, you will:
Assist in the design and development of engineering projects
Create technical drawings and specifications using engineering software
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing improvement initiatives
Support project management activities including scheduling and resource allocation
Participate in project meetings and document technical decisions
Contribute to project reports and performance presentations
Potentially travel across Europe and North America depending on project needs
You will see projects from concept through execution. You will understand how engineering integrates with operations, maintenance and automation.
This is applied engineering at scale.
