Purchase & Product Director Benelux & DACH W/M

Our client, a well-established B2B company operating in a dynamic logistics and industrial environment, is seeking a Purchase & Product Director Benelux & DACH.

Own a €70M spend across 15–17 categories and lead an 18-person team, shaping purchasing and product strategy for the Benelux and DACH regions from Tongeren.

As a member of the Benelux Executive Committee, you will translate international strategy into a high-impact regional roadmap that strengthens margin, competitiveness, and customer value.

You will drive sourcing excellence and category strategy across key segments (including packaging and industrial supplies), working in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics. Your mission: position Purchasing as a true business driver and strategic value creator.

This role requires a strong combination of commercial acumen and operational leadership. You bring sharp negotiation skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to lead teams effectively within an international matrix organization.

Your profile

• 10+ years of experience in B2B purchasing, category management, or product management
• Proven track record managing substantial budgets
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
