The Goodman European Data Centre Development Partnership I (\"GEDCDP I\") is an €8 billion unlisted investment vehicle, recently launched as a JV between Goodman Group and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. The 50/50 Partnership involves an initial capital commitment of €2.2 billion to develop a portfolio of data centre projects in Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Paris. The Partnership's comprises four projects totalling 435 MW of primary power and 282 MW of IT load. All projects provide speed to market with secured power connections, planning permits and substantially progressed site infrastructure works, enabling construction commencements by 30 June 2026.
In the context of GEDCDP I's launch an exceptional opportunity has now arisen for a bright, driven and ambitious individual to join the team.
The role will entail a steep learning curve and involve all aspects of the Partnership, including asset management oversight, financial analysis and reporting. The role will also include closely involvement in capital transactions, including equity and bond initiatives, as well as acquisitions and disposals. There will be regular interaction with other offices and departments throughout Europe and with the Goodman Sydney head office.
