Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant immobilier. The position is located in the Brussels Metropolitan Area. The Consultant immobilier will be responsible for providing expert advice on real estate properties, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements. Additional tasks include training new staff, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on real estate market trends.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Training new staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of the Brussels Metropolitan Area real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
