About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join a global leader in digital transformation and consulting. This is a strategic farming role focused on growing existing accounts and building long-term client partnerships within the Life Sciences sector.
What You'll Do
- Drive account growth and revenue across a double digit multi-million-dollar portfolio
- Develop and execute account plans, relationship maps, and market share strategies
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to position value propositions
- Lead pursuit teams for proposals, negotiations, and contract closures
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve delivery escalations
- Mentor account teams and maintain premium pricing
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT services sales or account management (higher proficiency at 14+ years)
- Proven track record in client services and strategic account growth
- Strong knowledge of outsourcing business, financial analysis, and legal contracting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- MBA degree
