Mechanical Supervisor (f/m) jest odpowiedzialny/a za nadzorowanie wszystkich prac mechanicznych związanych z budową, montażem oraz uruchomieniem instalacji w ramach projektu rafineryjnego.
Rola ta zapewnia, że wszystkie prace mechaniczne są realizowane bezpiecznie, zgodnie z harmonogramem oraz w pełnej zgodności ze specyfikacją projektową, standardami rafineryjnymi oraz wymaganiami HSE.
Lokalizacja: Antwerpia (praca na rotacji)
Opis stanowiska:
Key Responsibilities
Supervise mechanical installation and assembly of piping, pressure vessels, tanks, pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment.
Monitor and enforce compliance with project drawings, specifications, codes, and refinery standards.
Coordinate the work of mechanical foremen, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks on mechanical installations.
Review and verify mechanical material submittals, datasheets, and certificates.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials, maintaining safety and quality standards.
Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for mechanical systems, including alignment and functional testing.
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and work documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
Mentor and guide junior mechanical staff to improve skills and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7 years' experience in mechanical supervision, preferably on refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical installation standards, refinery codes, piping, pressure equipment, and rotating machinery.
Familiarity with alignment, welding, fabrication, and hydrostatic testing procedures.
Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, P&IDs, isometric drawings, and technical specifications.
Key Competencies & Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail with focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Proactive in identifying mechanical issues and recommending corrective actions.
Knowledge of HSE regulations and safe work practices in refinery environments
