Role Summary

Enterprise Advantage is seeking an experienced
Penetration Tester
to support NATO operations. The role involves Red/Blue Team activities, penetration testing across web, infrastructure and applications, and providing security consultancy in line with NATO policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead Red/Blue Team exercises.
• Conduct web, infrastructure, and application penetration testing.
• Perform security design reviews and provide consultancy.
• Communicate findings to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders under the Head of the Penetration Testing Cell.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years
  in penetration testing or cybersecurity.
• Web application and infrastructure penetration testing.
• Network security architecture and vulnerability assessment.
• Use of penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• UNIX/Linux and Windows administration.
• Scripting in
  Python, Perl, Ruby, or shell
  .
• Strong reporting, risk assessment, and remediation planning skills.

• On-site presence is mandatory in Mons.
• Initial 1-year contract with extension possible.
