We are looking for an Independent Sales Agent in Belgium to expand our industrial and marine coatings business.

About the Role This is a freelance / commission-only sales position.

You will represent Gen Boya in Belgium and introduce our products to: Paint distributors Industrial manufacturers Construction companies Flooring applicators Marine & shipyard sector Metal fabricators You will work independently, manage your own schedule, and receive full support from our export department.

What You Will Do Develop and grow a customer network in your region Promote epoxy systems, industrial coatings, marine paints, PU systems, and floor coatings Visit customers and generate leads Coordinate with our export team for quotations Support follow-up until order confirmation Provide weekly activity updates ---

Requirements Experience in coatings, chemicals, construction or industrial B2B sales Strong communication skills Existing customer network is an advantage English required; French or Dutch is a plus Motivated, independent working style ---
