Established in 1998, Gary Cheng CPA Limited is a leading local professional accounting firm in Hong Kong serving both private companies and public listed companies in Hong Kong as well as multinational corporations.
Responsibilities
Participate in audits for US-listed companies, including IPOs, 10-Q, and 10-K filings
Liaise with clients and external parties to ensure effective communication throughout the project
Ensure that all tasks comply with established policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements
Requirements
Degree holder in accounting or a related discipline or equivalent
1-3 years of US GAAP/ IPO/ annual audits experience is preferred
Experience in with US IPOs, annual audits, or knowledge of the US capital market is an advantage
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders
Candidate with solid experience will be considered as Manager/ Partner positions
Fresh graduates are also welcomed
