At Game Master Worlds, we create spaces where game masters, storytellers, and adventurers come together to share ideas, learn, and grow. With over 2000 members and one of the fastest-growing TTRPG communities on Discord, we’re expanding our team, and we’re looking for a Gaming Community Event Manager to join the adventure!

YOUR MISSION 🎯

• You plan and coordinate gaming events and convention booths across Europe.
• You assist with logistics, scheduling, and volunteer coordination.
• Support the Gaming Guild in organizing online TTRPG events (game nights like Dungeons & Dragons)
• You’ll work alongside our event team to plan community gatherings and craft unforgettable experiences for our members.
• You’ll help design and prepare marketing materials such as flyers, brochure and other promotional content.
• You help gather feedback and improve event flow (both online and offline).

THE EVENT MANAGER WE SEEK 🧝

• You have strong organizational and communication skills
• You enjoys managing multiple projects and working in lively and changing environments
• You speak fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• You are passionate about games!
