Senior Fullstack Developer

1. Job Description

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for the development, optimization and architecture of our internal management system as well as specific client solutions. You will build new functionalities, integrate external tools and ensure the software is scalable and future-proof.

You will collaborate with a junior colleague, safeguard code quality, and translate both internal business needs and client requirements into robust software solutions.

You will contribute to the technical roadmap, architecture decisions and automation processes, both internally and for client projects. In doing so, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency of our organization and help deliver products and services that can be invoiced to clients.

In this role, you report directly to the Head of Research & Development.

2. Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development, preferably in an SME environment or project-based setting.
• Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks (PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, MySQL).
• Experience with software architecture, database management and API integrations.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into scalable software solutions.
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, CI/CD and testing.
• Experience coaching and collaborating with junior developers is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and an entrepreneurial mindset.
