Manager-Account Manager


Join GXO Logistics as Account Manager Zellik Location: Zellik | Sector: Logistics & Supply Chain | Languages: Dutch & English (French is a plus) Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for customer success and strategic account growth? As an Account Manager at GXO Logistics Zellik , you'll be the trusted link between our operations and our valued customers. You’ll manage key client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with our Business Units to ensure seamless service delivery in a complex and fast-moving logistics environment. Developing and executing account strategies based on SWOT analyses with internal teams. Monitoring KPIs and identifying improvement areas to ensure optimal account health. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes and customer experience. Uncovering and driving growth opportunities within assigned accounts. Hosting quarterly account meetings and participating in customer events to strengthen relationships. Supporting contract renewals, negotiations, and other commercial topics alongside the BU. Keeping CRM systems up to date and ensuring strong communication with stakeholders. Proven experience in strategic account management or strong customer relations in a B2B environment. History of managing multiple large accounts with a consultative and proactive approach. Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong asset).
