As Operations Manager at GXO Logistics Zellik, you’ll play a key role in driving day-to-day excellence across our large-scale cold chain site. With a team of 90 - 100 employees and a complex multi-customer environment, this is your opportunity to lead, coach, and continuously improve operations in a fast-paced, international setting.
Manage and coach teams while fostering a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
Engage in social dialogue and represent GXO in union discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and start-up activities.
Oversee scheduling, training, and upskilling of staff across multiple shifts and departments.
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably on complex, multi-customer sites.
Leadership expertise in people management, coaching, and driving high-performance teams.
Skilled in union and social dialogue with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
A hands-on mindset with resilience and flexibility to manage challenges and change.
