You’re 23 - 28. You’ve got up to 2 years in M&A, private equity or something adjacent. You can model in Excel with your eyes closed, create compelling stories in Powerpoint, and you're hungry for more than “just another analyst job”.

• Sharp and analytical (we’ll notice)
• Fluent in Dutch
• Curious, thoughtful, and not afraid to ask “why?”
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and driven to have impact

What you’ll actually do

• Build and refine detailed Excel models
• Create clear, compelling investment decks in PowerPoint
• Dive deep into markets you’ve never heard of
• Help find and evaluate new investment opportunities
• Support founders on portfolio projects
• Work closely with the partners and investment team — and speak up
