Field Sales Off Trade

Your mission

• As sales is done on the road, you will mainly spend your time actively visiting 40+ retail clients and prospects per week
• Own your agenda – manage your territory, plan your visits, and prioritize like a pro
• Drive turnover, product distribution, and impactful local activations
• Build strong relationships with store teams, decision-makers, and regional partners
• Hit targets and contribute directly to Gimber's growth – this is a performance-based role

Your profile

• A (young) professional in sales, business, or marketing
• Holding a Master's degree or able to show strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, organized, and confident working independently
• Fluent in Dutch, with a good understanding of English
• Driven by results and deals
• Eager to grow, and comfortable in a mobile, fast-paced environment
