Gentis, a Brussels-based recruitment consultancy, has been connecting top talent with innovative companies for over 15 years. Today, we are looking for a Credit Controller to join the finance team of one of our international clients operating in the energy and technology sector.

📢 Credit Controller – French & Dutch Speaking – Permanent Position (CDI)

Location: Anderlecht, Brussels

We’re looking for an experienced and bilingual Credit Controller (minimum 5 years’ experience), who is confident on the phone, curious, structured, and eager to join a dynamic, collaborative team.

🧾 Your Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding invoices and proactively manage customer payments.
• Make outbound collection calls in a professional manner.
• Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely payments.
• Identify credit risks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize credit control processes.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role (Credit Control / Accounts Receivable).
• Fluent in both French and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Excellent phone communication skills – you are comfortable handling calls daily.
• A proactive, curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a hands-on attitude.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
