Key Account Manager OOH


To reinforce our Sales team, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager Out-of-Home, who will play a key role in growing our brands within the foodservice market.



Responsibilities:

  • You develop and implement the OOH sales plan for your assigned accounts in collaboration with the Sales Manager OOH.
  • You define clear objectives in terms of sales, volume and profitability.
  • You negotiate with customers on prices, conditions and volumes to achieve your sales targets.
  • You build and maintain strong partnerships with major wholesalers, cash & carrys and office suppliers. Besides that, you will get the opportunity to broaden your commercial scope beyond the Belgian market by managing some of our export clients.
  • You introduce new products and set up impactful promotional activities in line with the marketing plan.
  • You manage each account at P&L level and analyse the performance of campaigns.
  • You collaborate closely with the Retail team to ensure a consistent commercial approach across channels.
  • You represent GBfoods at trade fairs and professional events.

What do we expect from you?

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have around 3–5 years of experience in FMCG or a similar commercial environment.
  • You have strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • You combine analysis, strategy and action to deliver tangible results.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, take initiative, make decisions and drive things forward.
  • You are analytically strong and comfortable managing P&L.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a solid knowledge of English.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • You are eager to grow, learn and make an impact in a company that values passion and initiative.
