Project Manager

Location:
Brussels (3 days/week on site)

What You'll Do:

You will be accountable for establishing, enhancing, and deploying IT Service Management processes across the ICT organization. Acting as the end-to-end lead for the ITSM initiative, you will oversee the project from initiation through delivery and serve as the primary interface between IVT, the business, and external vendors. In this role, you will ensure that all processes are aligned with strategic goals and industry best practices, including ITIL.

What We're Looking For:

• • 10 years of experience as a project manager for the implementation of ITSM;
• Experience with setting up ITSM tools and service processes in ITSM tools;
• Project management and methodologies, including Agile methodologies;
