Main responsibilities
In this context, your responsibilities as IT Support Officer are to: Ensure Level 1 support by intervening according to technical incidents by responding to incidents and Solve as many requests as possible on the first call using the tools available or by going to the site. Encoding, handling, monitoring and finalization of tickets Management of the deployment of PCs and their images, as well as the installation of Hardware and software Actively participate in the development of solutions and procedures as well as project implementation. Actively monitor technological developments in the market and manage the life cycle of the various technological components.
Prerequisites
Computer technician or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; ideally within an internationally distributed organization
Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of Office 2019, 2021, 365 Good knowledge of Windows 10, 11
Good knowledge of PC Hardware and its peripherals
Mastery of managing users, computers, groups in Active Directory, Azure Active Directorymastery of managing shared email addresses and mailboxes in Exchange On-premise and Onlinemastery of Teams, SharePoint Onedriveassets: Windows Server, System Center Configuration Manager, router and switch databases, ITIL.
