The Role

We are seeking a
Country Manager
to lead the Belgian operations. This role requires a hands-on entrepreneur who is equally comfortable driving
business development, managing consultants, and shaping strategy
. You will work directly with the CEO and international leadership team to position FuturWork Belgium as a reference in consulting, growing the agency from its current size towards
100+ consultants
.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy to expand our client portfolio in Belgium and beyond.
• Build long-term client relationships and win high-value projects across our 3 service lines.
• Open large accounts and create opportunities for consultants.

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and coach a team of 2 Junior Business Managers, ensuring they reach their targets and develop their skills. Hire and coach new Business Managers
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top consultants, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and performance.
• Lead by example, remaining active in sales and business generation.

Operational & Financial Management

• Oversee the management of consultants "on mission" and ensure client satisfaction.
• Pilot the P&L, ensuring profitability, financial sustainability, and growth.
• Implement KPIs and reporting to track business performance.

Strategic Vision & International Development

• Drive the positioning of FuturWork Belgium in the market, strengthening our brand and service lines.
• Actively participate in FuturWork's international expansion strategy.
• Contribute to the innovation ecosystem through collaboration with FuturLab (our start-up studio) and FuturAcademy.

Profile We Are Looking For

• Entrepreneurial mindset
  with a proven track record in business development and consulting services.
• Experience as a Business Manager, Practice Lead, or Country Manager within consulting, IT services, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and grow a team.
• Fluent in
  Dutch, French, and English
  (mandatory).
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
• Ambition to grow a business to scale (100+ consultants) and contribute to international development.
