The Role We’re looking for a Level 7 Senior SRE / Production Support Engineer with deep experience in automation, CI/CD, database performance, and production reliability. This is a hands-on role focused on eliminating manual toil, improving reliability, and optimizing end-to-end delivery pipelines in enterprise environments. What You’ll Do Automate manual operational processes and improve system reliability Work cross-functionally with Development, Operations, and Product teams Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality releases Support production systems and manage incident resolution Optimize database performance and improve query efficiency Implement monitoring and observability best practices Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, scripting, and software design Proven experience in SRE or related roles Deep expertise in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle) Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and PostgreSQL features Experience in database architecture, performance tuning, and query optimization Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace Hands-on experience in production support environments and ITIL processes Strong experience with CI/CD tools : Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Groovy, Chef Proven experience designing and implementing efficient CI/CD flows from development to production
