Quality management coordinator

We are looking for a Quality Management Coordinator, for a permanent position based in Antwerp.

Reporting to the Manager Regional QA, the successful candidate will have missions below:

• Preparation, execution, follow-up of IFS, organic, Chain of custody audits as well as supervision of standard compliance.
• Preparation and execution of trainings for quality standards of IFS, organic as well HACCP, Food Defense, Food fraud and Hygiene.
• Planning, execution and evaluation of traceability tests.
• Evaluation of specification and residue analysis.
• Responsible for coordination of supplier declaration, customer statements including quality agreements.
• Communication with customers, suppliers, internal and external quality departments with regard to claims and quality topics
• Claim handling, settlement and follow-up with QC team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven (minimum 3- years) experience as Quality Management Coordinator in a Fruits/Vegetable -production/distribution company
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken, Dutch and English
• Spanish would be a plus
• Experienced ERP user and knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to conduct thorough audits and inspections
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
