About the Client:

One of our clients – an ambitious and fast-growing freight forwarding company – is looking for an experienced, self-driven Senior Sales Expert to help expand their presence in the Belgian market.

They are open to candidates with vertical expertise (e.g., pharma, automotive, retail, etc.) and are seeking someone with a deep industry network, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to navigate and grow a diverse client portfolio.

Your Role:

As a Self-Employed Senior Sales Consultant, you will:

• Acquire and manage new business in air, sea, and/or road freight.
• Build customer relationships from scratch and maintain them to peak performance.
• Operate with autonomy, bringing your own strategy and market knowledge.
• Identify key growth sectors and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Represent the company with professionalism and entrepreneurial flair.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales.
• A strong existing client base and solid industry contacts.
• Self-employed status (as a freelancer or through your own company).
• Confident, results-driven, and highly motivated personality.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French is a major plus.
• Experience with specific verticals is welcomed but not required.
