We’re looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to build and scale outbound and growth systems for a logistics-focused business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can connect tech, data, and revenue .
What you’ll do
- Build and optimize outbound systems (LinkedIn, cold email, CRM)
- Automate workflows using tools like Clay, CRM, n8n, Make
- Define ICPs, segmentation, and data enrichment for logistics clients
- Work closely with sales and marketing to turn systems into booked meetings
- Test, measure, and improve GTM experiments end-to-end
What you bring
- Experience building B2B GTM or outbound systems
- Strong with automation, data, and APIs (no-code / low-code is fine)
- Understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B services (big plus)
- Bias for execution and measurable results
