Marketing Coordinator
to lead our marketing strategy, generate high-quality leads, and work closely with our sales team to maximize conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing team management:
    Supervise, guide, and coordinate the marketing team, with a strong focus on collaboration and creativity.
  • Brand strategy:
    Develop and implement a strong brand strategy to strengthen Fortior's market presence, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with brand identity.
  • Marketing channels coordination:
    Proactively manage all marketing channels, including social media, online content, advertising, and events, continuously optimizing to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Lead generation:
    Design and optimize highly targeted lead generation campaigns, primarily through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • CRM management (Zoho):
    Oversee lead distribution and dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges in the field and provide them with the necessary marketing tools.
  • Deliver qualified leads and relevant insights to optimize sales efforts.
  • Organize regular meetings to share marketing results, gather sales feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performance analysis:
    Use analytical tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on lead-to-customer conversion, and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
  • Significant experience managing teams and collaborating with sales teams is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven ability to understand sales department needs and adapt campaigns accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Dutch or French and English is a plus.
