The DevOps/CICD engineer will contribute to the implementation of the ecosystem of tools suitable for CICD and other DevOps needs, as well as the propagation of the DevOps working method, also known as the business standards.
Responsibilities
Within the CICD team and the Agile methodology, we expect each team member to contribute to the overall solution. Therefore, in addition to classical development knowledge, we want you, the candidate, to be able to perform or learn the following tasks:
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, with a primary focus on GitHub, Runners and Jenkins processes
• Facilitate the seamless migration between Git applications, depending on the company strategy, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI/CD principles into the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement best practices for CI/CD processes and tools.
Provide support for Azure cloudification initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines. Jfrog and Nexus knowledge is a plus.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate the development team on CI/CD tools and practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies into the CI/CD ecosystem.
• Work closely with the development and operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, a related field Or equivalent in experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CI/CD pipeline management and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies, tools, and practices, including CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitLab and their associated runners, GitHub and its runners, and Jenkins
• Experience in orchestration and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Proficiency with the following tools: Windows batch/PowerShell, bash, python, Ansible/Puppet/Chef/Salt, Maven, Java JDK, Openshift, GIT, gitlab, Nodejs, npm, Nexus, Linux/BASH.
• Good understanding of deploying various platforms such as web, Windows services, microservices, and Serverless components.
• Familiarity with standard databases is a plus (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Azure and related products is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A passion for continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest industry developments.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
