Production Manager 3D – Company Overview

A growing high-tech industrial company is seeking a hands-on Production Manager with solid experience in precision machining. The role involves overseeing workshop operations and leading a team across advanced manufacturing technologies including 5-axis CNC, metal 3D printing, and wire EDM.

Production Manager 3D – Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in:
• 5-axis CNC machining
• Metal 3D printing (Selective Laser Melting)
• Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)
• Lead and support a team of machinists and technicians
• Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality production output
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize manufacturability
• Manage schedules, workloads, and equipment maintenance
• Provide technical training and guidance to workshop staff

Production Manager 3D – Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a precision machining environment
• Strong technical knowledge of CNC, additive manufacturing, and EDM
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality standards is a plus
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch; English is an asset
