Your mission in 10 key points:
- 🔍 Identify and hunt for new comfort opportunities in the region (hospitals, offices, hotels , museums , sport centers, ...).
- 🤝 Develop and maintain strategic relationships with engineering offices, architects, installers, and investors.
- 📈 Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and networking.
- 🛠 Understand technical solutions (ventilation, air handling, controls) and translate them into customer value.
- 💡 Provide consultative selling and tailor solutions to client needs.
- 📊 Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- 🗺 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- 📑 Prepare offers and proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
- 🎯 Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- 🌍 Represent FläktGroup at events and trade fairs to strengthen our market presence.
