Are you passionate about winning new business and building strong relationships?

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and drive growth in Belgium’s industrial and commercial sectors.

Your mission in 10 key points:

  • 🔍 Identify and hunt for new comfort opportunities in the region (hospitals, offices, hotels , museums , sport centers, ...).
  • 🤝 Develop and maintain strategic relationships with engineering offices, architects, installers, and investors.
  • 📈 Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • 🛠 Understand technical solutions (ventilation, air handling, controls) and translate them into customer value.
  • 💡 Provide consultative selling and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • 📊 Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • 🗺 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • 📑 Prepare offers and proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
  • 🎯 Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • 🌍 Represent FläktGroup at events and trade fairs to strengthen our market presence.
