Key Responsibilities

• Development: Actively participate in a Scrum team, executing pre-analyzed developments and performing unit tests.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional analysts and testers from the start of every user story.
• Mentorship: As a senior, you are expected to transfer knowledge to junior colleagues.
• Quality: Ensure technical accuracy, organizational flexibility, and high-quality deliverables within a complex ecosystem of Lead Developers and QA&C teams.

Required Profile

• Seniority: Minimum 10 years of experience specifically as a Java Developer. (Note: years spent in other roles like Analysis do not count toward this total).
• Technical Focus: Experience with Microservices, transaction management, and ideally financial/accounting functionalities.
• Location: Brussels-North (Mandatory 2 days/week on-site – non-negotiable).
• Duration: Long-term.
• Languages: English + fluency in either Dutch or French.
