Then Financial Fleet Services might have the perfect opportunity for you as Sales Assistant.

In this key support role, you assist our Sales Executive colleague and you will actively identify and approach stakeholders in the region of East- and West Flanders (BE). This role combines autonomy, mobility, and relationship-building in a high-end B2B environment.

Responsibilities

As Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Business development by actively prospecting and visiting of (potential) stakeholders (4 days/week in the field)
• Securing appointments and presentations for the Sales Executive colleagues
• Building strong initial relationships with dealership managers and sales teams
• Providing input to improve our regional business development and report on your activities, contacts and opportunities
• Supporting the Sales Executives in their daily commercial and administrative activities

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience in a commercial role
• Familiarity with the automotive, leasing and/or luxury market is a strong asset
• Commercially minded with strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Highly self-motivated, organized and results-oriented
• Confident user of MS Office and CRM Systems
• Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• Strong sense of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail
• Team player with a polished, elegant presence
