Service Delivery Manager


Voor onze klant te Mechelen zoek ik een ervaren Service Delivery Manager.

Start: ASAP
3 à 4 dagen/week op kantoor in Mechelen-Noord

Duur: 6 maanden en verlengbaar
Regime: voorkeur voltijds
Talen: Nederland/Engels

De juiste PM skills kunnen helpen in de uitvoering van deze functie.

In this team we ensure the timely end‑to‑end build‑up and Mass Roll‑Out of FTTH according to the predetermined milestones. Making sure we can deliver giga speed, reliable data networks etc. we lead the way.

Your role as Service Delivery Manager:

  • Strategic Partnership Management:As a service delivery manager, you act as the link between internal stakeholders and operational partners. You have the talent to put yourself in the shoes of all stakeholders, and with your keen insight and understanding of their needs, you will develop strategies that pave the way for success. You navigate diverse collaboration solutions, including typical subcontracting arrangements and extensive long‑term partnerships.
  • Service Delivery Oversight:You ensure the correct execution of operational activities by pro‑actively monitoring service deliveries; analyzing, and adjusting processes in alignment with SLAs, and budgetary constraints. You can process & shape data reporting and translate them into broader insights.
  • Transformation and Continuous Improvement:You’re not afraid of exploring new ideas, to test and learn and to continuously adapt based on the insights you’ve gained along the way. You steer and support the organization to translate concepts and ideas into processes, instructions, contracts… and actively capture feedback and translate them into ideas and concepts to improve total cost of ownership without sacrificing customer experience.

Our ideal Service Delivery Manager:

  • You own a master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Telecommunications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. Nevertheless, relevant experience and insightful perspectives are equally valued.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in service delivery management or related roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Hands‑on and pragmatic are your second nature; you work fast, shift gears quickly and are always prepared for unexpected challenges. You like to take the lead and provide proactive advice & feedback on the services provided by the partners through service management meetings.
  • Your backpack is filled with analytical skills, and you demonstrate the ability to be very detailed when needed, yet you maintain the overall view.
  • You continuously seek for improvements and have a proven ability to transform businesses in a top‑down fashion based on solid notions of cost estimations and budgeting.
  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
  • It would make you proud to say that you contribute to the (r)evolution towards the digital world.
