🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Freelance (Field Service Transformation)

Are you an experienced Business Analyst who thrives in complex transformation environments? We’re looking for a Senior BA to join a high-impact initiative focused on modernizing field service operations.

In this role, you’ll work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to design user-centric solutions, lead workshops and deliver the right deliverables that supports agile delivery teams.

🧩 Your Responsibilities

• Workshop facilitation: Lead structured workshops with business stakeholders to gather needs, pain points, and priorities
• Requirements engineering: Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Process mapping & improvement: Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define optimized field service processes using BPMN or similar standards
• Solution design & collaboration: Act as a key liaison between business users and development teams, ensuring alignment on scope, feasibility, and priorities
• Backlog refinement: Maintain a structured, prioritized backlog with well-defined user stories and clear acceptance criteria in Jira or Azure Devops
• Documentation: Prepare high-level business analysis documents, process models, and functional specifications using Confluence
• Stakeholder engagement: Manage expectations, communicate proactively, and ensure all voices are heard throughout the solution lifecycle
• Agile project support: Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, supporting continuous improvement across the team

🧠 Your Profile

• Strong track record as a Senior Business Analyst (7+ years), ideally in field service or back-office transformation
• Excellent experience writing clear and testable user stories with acceptance criteria
• Confident workshop facilitator and skilled communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient with BPMN, Jira, and Confluence
• Structured, analytical mindset with a proactive approach
• Able to work autonomously and contribute meaningfully to a multidisciplinary team
