Business Development Manager

Brussels city Center | Full time | Hybrid (2 or 3 days on-site) | 2 to 4 years of experience

With a dedication to continuous improvement and growth, we are seeking for now looking for a Business Development Manager who will play a central role in driving our growth.

You will work closely with the senior leaders of the company (Managing Founder and Operations Partner).

This is a role with significant responsibility, autonomy and impact.

Your main responsibilities

·      Develop new business opportunities and open new accounts

·      Structure, manage and optimise the sales pipeline

·      Own and manage the CRM with a long-term view

·      Actively contribute to strategic initiatives and growth topics

·      Become a trusted representative of the company to clients and candidates

·      Support the company’s visibility through community engagement (especially on LinkedIn)

·      Contribute to content planning and (digital) campaigns (posts, newsletters, events…)

·      Participate in identifying and recruiting future talents as the company expands

Profile we are looking for

·      Between 2 and 4 years of professional experience, ideally in business development and/or consulting

·      Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership

·      Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·      Structured but also comfortable in fast-moving situations

·      Fluent in Dutch and in English, good level of French is a plus

·      Expecting a role with impact and a long-term perspective
