Managing the Microsoft partnership

  • Register and follow up on co-sell opportunities in Partner Center / Partner Sales Connect.
  • Coordinate incentive programs: submit claims, collect evidence, and track reimbursements.

Reporting & compliance

  • Provide monthly reports on Azure consumption, license usage, and incentive impact.
  • Track KPIs and flag trends (e.g. declining usage → initiate action plan).
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with Microsoft: gather data, analyze KPIs, and support presentation development.
  • Support compliance requirements: verification processes, NDAs, audits, and solution assessments.

Supporting sales & marketing

  • Understand Microsoft licensing structure and how to optimize the value for customers
  • Align with internal sales and marketing teams on customer registrations, deal submissions, and funding requests.
  • Demonstrate partnership value to customers (e.g. through incentives, premium support, Fast Track access).
  • Provide hands-on support for campaigns: upload content, register on platforms, and monitor playbooks.

Operational follow-up

  • Track Azure usage and support the billing process
  • Activate admin links for customers and follow up on Microsoft Customer Agreements.
  • Maintain internal documentation on Microsoft processes and tools.
  • Improve and structure workflows around incentive reimbursements and reporting

What you bring

  • Experience with Microsoft Partner Center or the broader Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, licensing, incentives).
  • Strong administrative, reporting, and process management skills.
  • Excellent communicator: able to work smoothly with sales, operations, PMs, and Microsoft contacts.
  • Proactive mindset: you identify risks and opportunities and enjoy working in a structured way.
  • Affinity with IT, cloud, or software development is a plus

Why this role matters

You'll ensure Ferranti is recognized as a valuable Microsoft partner — unlocking more support, innovation, and commercial opportunities. You'll be the bridge between our internal operations and the Microsoft ecosystem, making an impact both strategically and operationally.
