Digital Study Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated
Digital Study Specialist
to join a growing team driving the implementation of digital solutions in global clinical studies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an initial experience in clinical research and a strong interest in digital tools, data, and patient‑centric technologies.

In this role, you will support the Digital Study Lead throughout the full lifecycle of digital study setup and execution, including requirement gathering, system configuration, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. It is an ideal entry-level position for someone eager to learn and grow into a more senior digital study role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Digital Study Leads across multiple ongoing clinical studies
• Gather and track study requirements, translations, and vendor documentation
• Participate in digital platform workshops and document outcomes
• Update training materials following system releases
• Attend study team meetings and support site/study team trainings
• Maintain FAQs, support office hours, and assist with stakeholder follow-up
• Create simple dashboards or patient data summaries when needed
• Provide general administrative and coordination support across digital study activities

Profile & Experience
Required

• First experience in clinical research (CTA/CTO/CRA environment preferred)
• Strong interest in digital tools and technology used in clinical studies
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

Nice to Have

• Additional European language (FR or NL)
• Basic knowledge of digital clinical platforms
• Experience with Veeva tools
• Exposure to cross-functional clinical project teams
