Commercial Director, Benelux [Security Industry]


Our client is a leading security solutions company.


We seek a dynamic and results-driven leader to take ownership of sales and branch activities across the Benelux region. This role carries full P&L responsibility and demands a strategic thinker capable of driving business development and penetrating new channels for our diverse range of security products, solutions, and services, in alignment with the group's vision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Empower: Direct, mentor, and inspire your sales team to achieve and exceed targets, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Plan for Success: Develop and present robust business plans to management, outlining clear pathways to achieving sales objectives and maximising revenue growth.
  • Deliver Results: Drive significant increases in sales performance and profitability within the Benelux territories, utilising data-driven insights to implement necessary improvements.
  • Grow Our Market: Identify and develop new opportunities within the security industry, with a specific focus on intrusion, access control, smart home, and cloud services. Stay informed through continuous market research.
  • Execute Our Vision: Lead the implementation of the group's sales strategy within Benelux, working closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of company objectives.


Requirements:


MUSTs:

  • Min 5+ years of proven experience in the security sector, with a strong background in intrusion, access control, smart home, and cloud service solutions.
  • Experience in effectively selling technical products and solutions.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in written and spoken English, French, and Dutch.
  • Min 2 years Leadership experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Benelux region.

  • Strong organisational skills and a dedication to exceptional customer service.
  • A relevant academic degree.
