ServiceNow Developer (Managed Services)

Location: Commutable to Brussels, Belgium (Office presence 1-2 days/week, up to 40% travel)

Salary: €40,000 - €55,000 + Company Car + Meal Tickets + Benefits

Clearance: NATO security clearance eligibility required (must be a citizen of a NATO country)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to transition into a ServiceNow role within our client's Managed Services domain. You will utilize your background in Java development combined with your expertise in monitoring tools to ensure optimal ServiceNow performance and reliability moving forward for our client's customers - mainly GOV related, hence the clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain ServiceNow instances using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic).
• Track ServiceNow API usage, response times, errors, and incident management using tools such as PagerDuty, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Develop and implement custom monitoring scripts leveraging ServiceNow REST APIs to ensure system availability and responsiveness.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong Java development background with an eagerness to transition to ServiceNow.
• Experience with application monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, PagerDuty, Splunk, Datadog).
• Ability to develop custom REST API monitoring scripts.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch/Flemish not required).
• Must be eligible for NATO security clearance (citizen of a NATO member country).
• Flexible to travel and working in a hybrid function
